Terms of Use.
EditPDFEasily is currently free during early access. Please read the warranty and liability terms below before using it. Paid licensing terms below will apply only if and when a paid version is offered.

Free during early access
EditPDFEasily is currently provided free of charge during early access. No payment is collected and no account is required. A paid version with a license fee may be offered in the future; if so, the paid terms will be presented at that time.
Allowed use
You may use EditPDFEasily to edit PDFs you own, created, or have permission to modify. You are solely responsible for the documents you open, edit, export, distribute, or rely on.
Prohibited use
You may not use EditPDFEasily to violate copyright, bypass access controls, remove DRM, remove passwords, or unlawfully alter, falsify, or forge documents or records.
Provided "as is" — no warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EditPDFEasily is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
No compatibility guarantee
PDF files vary enormously. We make no warranty that EditPDFEasily is compatible with every PDF file, document, font, operating system, hardware device, browser, or future system update. Some files may be scanned, flattened, encrypted, password-protected, damaged, non-standard, or otherwise unable to open, render, OCR, edit, or export correctly. Compatibility with any specific file or environment is not guaranteed, and the software may stop working with future operating-system or platform changes outside our control.
Back up your files — data-loss responsibility
Always keep separate backup copies of your original files before editing. You are responsible for your own data and documents. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or alteration of files, and you should review every exported or saved PDF before relying on it, sharing it, or submitting it anywhere.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will EditorforPDF.shop, its owners, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, files, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) EditPDFEasily, even if advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the software. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have rights that vary by location.

EditPDFEasily is a document-editing tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or compliance advice, and must not be relied on for those purposes.
Your assumption of risk & indemnity
You use EditPDFEasily at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful. You agree to hold EditorforPDF.shop harmless from claims arising out of documents you create, edit, or distribute using the software, or from your violation of these terms.
Third-party software
EditPDFEasily includes open-source components, which remain under their own licenses. Required notices are provided with the software in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and the licenses/ folder.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future versions or releases. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to EditorforPDF.shop's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your location provides otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
