This version is offered free of charge during early access. Future paid versions or upgrades, if any, may be offered separately under their own terms.
EditPDFEasily, its product name, branding, documentation, and packaging are owned by the seller, except for third-party open-source components listed in the included notices.
EditPDFEasily includes open-source components. Their license notices are included in the app package and must remain with redistributed copies.
You may not use the software to forge documents, bypass security controls, violate copyright, or change documents you do not have permission to modify.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We make no guarantee that the software is compatible with every PDF file, font, operating system, hardware device, or future system update. PDF files vary, and some may be scanned, flattened, encrypted, damaged, or non-standard and may not open, render, OCR, edit, or export correctly.
Keep backup copies of your original files before editing. You are responsible for your own data; we are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or altered files. Review every exported PDF before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, files, or business interruption. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
